Clark Conservation District

Offer a variety of habitat restoration services, including workshops, a native plant sale, and online resources for creating hedgerows and meadows. Sign up for their free newsletter.

A non-profit organization devoted to helping individuals create gardens that support insects and wildlife.  Promotes biodiversity and planting “keystone” native plants.

Offer a variety of wonderful and detailed resources for helping you use native plants in your landscape.

Vancouver Bee Project

Education and inspiration for saving and supporting pollinators, including how to create habitat. Sponsors an annual Pollinator Festival in June in connection with other local organizations.

Washington Native Plant Society 

Promotes the conservation and understanding of plants native to Washington state.  Provides access to native plant lists by county and hosts an extensive native plant directory.

The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation

Provides fantastic resources about pollinators and invertebrates, including: Bring Back the Pollinator brochures, butterfly and native bee “cheat sheets,” and Low Mow Zone signs (pdf), For those wanting a deeper dive into understanding our precious, much-needed insects, they also provide access to their magazine Wings.
